The Louisiana Architecture Foundation, with the Louisiana Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, the National Center or Preservation Technology and Training and Cane River Creole National Historical Park, present three-and-half days of scheduled tours, seminars and social events in the heart of Louisiana’s Cane River Country, with the upcoming Traditional Vernacular Architecture in Creole Natchitoches - Natchitoches and Cane River.

The package tour weekend begins on Thursday, Oct. 31, and includes tours of Natchitoches’ Historic District, Yucca (Melrose) Plantation, historic St. Augustine Catholic Church and many more landmarks. Lodging - at a special group rate - will be available at the Chateau St. Denis Hotel in Natchitoches.
